Horrible location. One employee kept provoking the customer who was in front of me dog by looking in their suv growling and barking at it which in turn made the customer dog bark uncontrollably. When I was pulled into the bay I was told they were out of my oil filter and go to Auto Zone or O’Reilly to get one and they will give me 50% off for the inconvenience. This put me at waiting 1 hour 45 minutes to get an oil change. While I’m tying my review a male employee turns off the monitor where it states how long you been in the bay and where I can’t see what they’re doing under my car. It appears that they’re having a problem under my car with a bolt. I asked Monica if they were having a problem with they bolt she said they’re almost done. This location needs to do better with having the item(s) that’s needed for a customer oil change, better train employees and work on their timing with getting customers cars in and out in a time manner considering they advertisement states they gets “you out in about 15 minutes.” I will be taking my car to the mechanic to make sure they didn’t caused any damage under my car. I also took a picture of the monitor being off as proof that it was off and I couldn’t see what’s been done under my car.
