It was horrible. After waiting to be seated we waited to be greeted by our server. Refills never came and the food was horrible. I took forever to get the bill so we could pay and leave. Overall made me hate IHOP as a franchise that day.

Waitress got seated three times back to back (triple sat) and then had us....I was patient because I've served before....other than the wait times; everything else was good. She did get the manager called on her for a different table, which would have been avoided if other servers ran the food in the window!

Pumpkin spice pancakes undercooked, eggs undercooked still see the milk they put in them because they runny steak tips tough and rubbery. Although I don't understand how. I always get this from this location 2x a week. Omg.. I'm sad and still hungry. I'm tempted to go back, but too far now. I decided to go back. They did remedy the situation.
