I found Frank's through a recommendation from a friend. I am grateful she sent me here. I was having trouble with my alternator (I have a 2003 Subaru Impreza). It took a bit to figure out if it was just the battery or the alternator (it was both, but I replaced the battery myself). The service was fantastic. They were able to get the work done in the same day. I did call the morning of to see if they had time to take a look and they were able to get me in. There are some chairs to sit and wait, which I had to do for a few hours until I was able to get a ride home. The charge was reasonable and only slightly more than if I did the work myself! I was able to pay over the phone and get my car after hours with my spare key. I highly, highly recommend Frank's Auto Service!!
