Zips Car Wash

So the zips location near my house is the worst car wash in the city maybe even the state. Vacuum machines are always broken, employees very rude smoking cigarettes hanging out the window of the office yelling screaming giving free car washes to friends messing up the place. Trash cans in the lot over flowing with trash everywhere . There supposed to give you towels to dry the car off after because the blower does not do it and they never have clean rags to dry off the cars . Place is a complete joke

For the price it wasn't very good not being mean it did not clean the roof of my car it was still dirty and my car wasn't that bad after the wash and then went to vacuum my car and had to go to three different vacuums because they hardly had any suction. I don't feel for $10 that I got my money's worth just being honest. And it was my first time .

In the past, I have had few issues with Zips. However, this particular zips consistently has issues with vacuum cleaners, they either have "out of order" signs on them or parts missing, most of them. I have never had access to the mat cleaner, it's always broken. I have yet to find a towel, any towels to wipe my car down with. Towels are not made available. Now this is a car wash and these things are needed to clean up a vehicle. So, without these things made right, my monthly "membership" is useless!
