My rating is a zero. Today, our family cat passed away. We called to make an appointment to cremate and the woman who answered was unprofessional and extremely rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her and sounded as though she was smoking a cigarette during the conversation. When asked if I could make an appointment her response was to call in the morning if I wanted. It is hard enough to make this types of calls and she made me feel like my pet doesn’t matter. THANKFULLY: I can say Francisco at FOREVER FRIENDS was so kind to me. He was able to get us scheduled tomorrow morning and the pricing was half what this place is. I am expressing my deepest gratitude to Stephanie Watkins, manager of Green Acres Pet Cemetery, who displayed genuine kindness and consideration in assisting me after the death my beloved best friend, Ling-Ling, an English Bulldog. She passed away on a Saturday afternoon and Stephanie was able to arrange for a private cremation the following day at noon, on a Sunday. Moreover, I was able to return and pick up my beloved best friend’s ashes within 48 hours. Stephanie made a painful process tranquil and respectful for me and my Ling-Ling. From when I first spoke to her on the phone asking for assistance and up to the day I returned to pick up Ling-Ling’s ashes, Stephanie was there to help. I was truly heartbroken when my beloved best friend died, but Stephanie’s compassion and helpfulness diminished my sorrow considerably. I am deeply in their debt.

Very unprofessional to say the least!! I made an appointment to have my beloved Frenchie cremated with Green Acres, upon arrival the business door was locked and no one on site. I called Green Acres and left a message stating that I am at the office for my scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting, my wife and I left very distraught and very annoyed. Needless to say we never received a return call or any type of an apology. How do you run a business with this type of service. Thank god for Forever Friends Pet Cremation Service who was very caring and respectful in our time of need.

Green Acres has treated my family wonderfully during the hard times. They are always available to answer questions or meet with us on short notice. They provide many services that are affordable and the grounds are always well kept and clean. We always appreciate their kindness, as laying a pet down to rest is always heart wrenching. Their empathy and professional caring manners help makes it easier to do. Thank You Stephanie and staff for all that you have done for us!
