We have always been pleased with the Sales and Service. Our most recent experience was in the Service Dept. Worked with Colt who installed new Hard Drive & updated Microsoft Office.

I wanted to share the great experience I had - my dog stepped on my MacBook and broke the screen. I brought it in and they walked me through the process. I was also moving while they had my laptop and shipped it to me when it was finished. Awesome communication.

Took my MacBook Pro in due to shutting down and would not charge on multiple cables. My IT company also could not fix it and tried multiple charging chords. We have AppleCare and took it here. The person who was at the front also could not get it to charge or connect to a charging cable. Then "Jason", calls three days later to say he couldn't find anything wrong with it. When I walked in, we hooked it to a charger and it would charge, then not charge, then charge. It's back home now, still shutting down....I will send it to Apple to have it actually fixed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called Apple to coordinate an appointment for my apple watch, called the location ahead of time to ensure a friend could do the drop off for me and I was told yes. When she arrived to drop off the item, they were rude and told hee was not allowed. She left, I called back since I had already arranged the situation and they told me to have her come back in and drop it off. She then arrived back and they told her they needed me there to do paperwork, etc. I called them once again to figure out what was going on. The man on the phone was extremely rude, cutting me off midsentence, acting like he didn’t know the situation and then spoke on behalf of my friend coming in a few moments later. Save your time and go to Best Buy for your needs. This store does not understand customer service or communication whatsoever. I’d rather drive four hours to apple in Portland then deal with them again.

We're always in the market for recent-model Mac and PC laptops and desktops, as well as iPads and other tablets. We'll have our service techs check them out, then we'll make an offer for cash or trade.

I have a mac book pro I need a wireless mouse... but the ones you have did not work very well. Is it improved? It kept dying, and I returned it. This was several years ago.

Thanks for your inquiry, Ms. Martone. We'd suggest Apple's own Magic Mouse 2. It works beautifully with any modern Mac (including yours, as long as you're running Mac OS X 10.11 or later), and its batteries are rechargeable (the charger is included). We have them in stock for $79.99. Let us know if you'd like one set aside. Thanks again!
