We had a very good experience as usual shopping at Trader Joe's. We shop there probably 4 to 6 times per year. I always try to buy something there new each time. This time it was their spaghetti sauce with basil. We used it the next day for dinner and I was very satisfied with it. My husband bought some Lobster ravioli which he had with the sauce and he really enjoyed it. I had the sauce with some pasta and Italian sausage and really enjoyed it too. We also bought bananas, canned chili, wine, and a chocolate bar. I used their electric cart and didn't have any problems except one aisle which had several pallets that a clerk was emptying. When the clerk noticed I was coming down the aisle, he asked me to drive to the end and he would bring me the items which was great. My husband went to wait in the car for me since I still had a few more items to buy. I purchased some Veggie Sticks as well. The same clerk that helped me in the aisle also checked me out. Because I was driving a electric cart, he also followed me outside, put my groceries in the back seat and drove the cart back into the store. I really appreciated all his help and he did a great job for me. I was so lucky to get some great service like that.

This Trader Joe’s has evrything! Friendly and helpful staff at this location, they have well stocked bath and beauty products… True the parking lot layout is something to ponder.

Rocking store! This is a big TJ's with lots of variety and more amazing options than we have at my local store. Great staff and very clean. Lots of parking available and easy access.

I absolutely love Trader Joe's! Trader Joe's has so many great and unique products. Even my Dog loves the grain free peanut butter and banana doggy biscuits. Oh yes, mustn't forget the wonderful Trader Joe's seasonal items! Oh joy! The Trader Joe's at Northgate Market Place in Medford is a great location to shop with lots of convenient parking. The employees are friendly and helpful.
