My package has been in the Visalia facility for the past 2 weeks, notice it’s electronic for college and I start this following week. I aliso drove 1 hour to the facility to “pick it up” and they didn’t let me. This facility needs to work.

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered a purse online my package was suppose to be delivered by UPS within 3-7 days, well my package got lost and it took a total of 4 weeks for me to receive it, in the process on their tracking one day it said it was out for delivery in Visalia then the Next day it would say back in L.A. Now on 6/14 I ordered father's day gifts online through an agent over the phone to guarantee me to receive it b4 the holiday even PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING well the order went out in 3 separate packages 2 went to UPS and 1 went to OnTrac. OnTrac delivered on time and UPS lost my packages so I did not receive my other 2 on time and still currently waiting for an update on where my packages are!

My package has been sitting at Visalia for a few days, and I can’t find a way to get in contact with someone working there. If anyone can respond to this and give me some information about when my package might leave the warehouse, I will update this review to 5 stars! I really, really need it to come on time.

My Mother's Day package for my mom sat in the Visalia Customer Center for 2 days, totally missing Mother’s Day. I don’t understand why it wasn’t delivered. Very disappointed in UPS service. Still haven’t received it.
