Spent extra cash for a two day delivery of a needed important mechanical part. On delivery date, driver drove past me as I waived. Saturdays …I presumed were less hectic. Called customer service they said “ gated community “ caused delay. Until I mentioned the driver was 12 feet away. Now Monday nothing….. Lost 3 days worth of “down time” thus far. Lesson ….never ever never count on this business. Amazon prime …heads up! Your still number #1.

FedEx in Visalia didn't deliver an over night package tp my house and it was almost returned to sender.
