SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS. for several reasons; first of all, 2 separate times I have had to dispute charges posted by this store for using their computer to print 2 pieces of paper, $20 was put on hold on my card as "pending" which makes it so you can not dispute it, not until the charge actually goes out of your account, leaving you to have to constantly monitor the charge, which not many ppl have time to do, I am broke so I monitor. About a week later the charge went from "pending" to "posted"...$20. I called the store, and like most of the time I have to interact with the employees working, not a shred of help. So I had to inform my card holder who investigates, which takes another week at least, at this point I guess they figure ppl will just stop trying and take the loss. If this is done to just 5 ppl, that's $100 of unauthorized transactions, aka...fraud. Last, I purchased a mail box there and it came out to $90 for 3 months for what I thought was their smallest box, still a rip off, but no, it's not even for a box, it's for them to hold your mail in a box with other ppl's mail, so most of the time my mail was not found, and after the 3 months, they hold any mail not picked up hostage until you purchase another 3 months. NO THANK YOU. GO TO WALGREENS INSTEAD, $2.50 AND GOT 3x THE COPIES MADE WITH 0 HASSLE.
