Your boy Carlos nor the female manager didn't even try to help me in the slightest. Just turned me away after looking at my USB. A usb that worked at a different FedEx office and print center. Terrible service will rude employees

I just had a customer service experience with an employee at this store named Ana. She assisted me with an issue I’m having with AT&T and returned equipment. She was very patient and gave quite an effort in helping me. She was kind and went the extra mile in her problem solving efforts. She is a huge asset to this FedEx store!!

I have never had a problem with service here. I go in about every 2 weeks and print forms, letter sized, full color and great quality paper. I sent the pdf files before I arrive and when I get there I walk up to the counter and usually Carlos is there ready to help EVEN IF he is working on something else. I have read every review of this location over the last year and these people who write these reviews must be going to another store, not the one on Mooney Boulevard. Peace.

No only ups does
I've only scheduled to hold package, but i know the fedex delivery manager has a lot of option. You can even choose at what time you want the package delivered to your home. But im not sure if you can reschedule a package already held at a store. If it hasnt arrived check your options online to change the delivery method. It might even require you to pay.
