Best gym in Visalia hands down! Used to come here as a kid and I'm glad to see the standards haven't changed! Great atmosphere, great equipment, great people. Has an old school feel and the members have always made me feel welcome. Come to Valleys Gym to sweat and discipline your body, you won't be disappointed.

Omg where to begin! This gym is a lifters paradise! I mean come on.. you can’t find any of the pieces of equipment that are in here, anywhere else in Tulare county. The gym owner is just awesome! I wish I was him! The trainers are like Greek gods! My gosh. And oh so nice. Come in, lift heavy, and get out.. simple. Love it!

Great equipment, but bad management. Today was leg day to finish off the year with a great workout, but management cut right into it. First by asking me if I paid my day pass which was already paid (but only asked me) to go on to ask me if I was using the squat rack which I was. The squat rack also had loaded plates on the bar. He told me to unload the weights because someone else was going to use the squat rack. It’s very fair and everyone should re-rack weights plates 100 percent and I don’t disagree. Eventually I was going to re-rack the weights. I even had the pendulum squat pro with weights, but because he didn’t know it was me using it, then he didn’t ask anyone else. I don’t know if it’s personal at that point, but I go on to ask him who was using that squat rack which no one was. Again, I know I had to re-rack those weights eventually at the end of my work out. Remember though, there are like 75+ machines and maybe like 7 people, but he only came to me. Also, the weight plates machines that I didn’t use on the other side of the gym were not racked, but he was either too lazy to ask other people to re-rack because he was chit chatting rather than working, or because he might’ve had something personal with me and directed straight to me. I am gym owner, and the last thing I would want as gym owner is for my guest to have a bad experience, or as a guest member who is trying to hit PR’s and management cuts right into it for the dumbest reasons. If I’m paying 15 dollar day pass, I’m expecting to have a great workout, not someone to keep hounding me for the wrong reasons. Awesome equipment, but can’t use it if you have management cutting right into you workout. Took killer pics to promote this gym on social media, but would rather promote the experience I had here to make it aware how this can be you if management doesn’t change. Bad way to end the year at this gym, but to start a great one with other upcoming gyms. Keep and eye out on new gyms.

A membership here costs $50 a month, with a $50 initiation fee. You get a discount of $10 to your monthly fee if you're active duty law enforcement. You can also do a couples membership that significantly reduces the fee for both clients.
