I’ve stayed at this property for about 8 months now and it is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is very accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. The community events they host are always fun and they are located in a great location. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area for business!

We (along with our 2 Labradors!) stayed in one of AVE's furnished apartments for nearly 4 months while waiting to move into our new home. We were very comfortable and impressed by the amenities and the awesome staff. A true home away from home.

This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The literal only reason I left here is because I was able to buy a home. The staff there is amazing. The staff at the leasing office always has a smile on their faces and they even went out of their way to give my dog a treat every time we walked by there! The other awesome thing is that if something as simple as a light bulb goes out the maintenance person is there within an hour to replace it. It is also very clean. I can’t tell u how many times I would let my dog out early in the morning and a staff member was always cleaning something.

I really enjoyed my time at AVE. I found the first set of property managers brought from the East Coast a bit more responsive than the current ones but all are great. I can’t say I loved the combination of short term and long term rentals and that’s one of the things that made me leave - my hallway started to feel a bit like a hotel with food left out, laundry, etc. But do wish they’d offered cleaning for long term residents - I would have taken them up on it! Lastly, I found it odd to not receive an exit survey for my opinions on living there. Overall, a great experience and place to rent if you can afford it.
