Don't go here!!!!! I used to go here regularly. This past visit I went for the usual full service and when I got in my car the rear view mirror was slightly askew. When I looked at it the mirror I thought it was just goop on the mirror but as I tried to wipe it off, realized nothing was happening. I went back and ask them to look at it. The manager came to speak to me. He tried to wipe it off as well as came to the conclusion that it was damaged. I said it wasn't like that prior to the car wash and he said it must have been. Refused to do anything about it and said there was nothing he could do because it had to have there prior to the wash. Very rude and the car was still dirty inside. Poor customer service. It's not worth it.

I frequent this car wash when my vehicles get to dirty to look at. I feel like a good customer. I always tip and visit 4-6 times every 6-8 months. They have raised their prices (39.99) and don't take coupons. I was not happy with the wash and dry. I needed to speak with the site manager. There was no manager there. So a assistant person tried to help. He told me I always complain. This simply is a bold face lie! He would not rewash my vehicle or refund my money. I took pictures and left. The inside was not wiped down and the outside had many spots. He said my rims were stained but I scratched my nail and oil, brake dust and some solution came off onto my fingernail.

We paid $30 for an exterior only car wash - and it was quick, and we had soap on the car and water that rinsed it off, and it was "wiped down". Was it $30 worth of clean? No. When we got home we saw several streaks of soap - so had to wipe down the entire exterior of the car ourselves. We'll just stick to self-cleaning next time.

A reasonable but not outstanding $35 car wash and detail. For a flat fee of $35, you get an exterior car wash, interior vacuum and a little bit of details afterwards. I've had many services better for the same or cheaper price in the past, which is why I was a tad disappointed.. Everything was okay but nothing was great. I had to explicitly go back and ask them to vacuum the garage and a lot of the corners which remained uncleaned. I felt uncomfortable asking for so many extra things, but the shop accepted my requests with respect and care which is the most I could ask for. Other than that, the location is welcoming and easy to find, the staff is friendly and the service was relatively quick.

No. They wash and vacuum your car for you. If you go to Safeway on Bernardo nearby and shop for an item or groceries, on the back of the receipt, there is usually a small coupon for a few dollars off. Lozano's also gives out coupons for a future wash after you pay for your wash at the cashier.
You should always tip
