After dealing with an account issue for a year and multiple visits to other AT&T stores with no success, I visited the North McDowell store today for the first time and had the best experience. Phillip took the time to understand the complex issue and made sure it was absolutely resolved before helping us with our other needs. He was calm, professional and extremely polite. The store was clean, perfect temperature, and Phillip made sure our party of three all had a chair. Will definitely go back to this branch.

He was so patient and worked through the issue methodically until step by step it was complete. This store is less chaotic and has better customer service than the other Petaluma location by far!
