My purchase experience was excellent (except, of course, for Ford's lengthy manufacture/delivery time - in my case 8 months). I read in the Mach e Forum of buyers that had awful experiences with other dealers. Quite the contrary, Henry Curtis Ford was great. Quick to accept my order. Sold with no hassle at Ford's MSRP. I've had a couple of minor service issues which the Henry Curtis Service Department promptly and courteously handled. Unlike some other dealers, Henry Curtis appears to have firmly espoused EVs and prepared their service employees with training. Five Stars.

I purchased a 2019 Mustang brand new. From the beginning I had issues. They sold me a car and told me they would fix what was wrong with it. The car had a couple of chips in it and it had to get redone. When I got the car back there was indication that the car was painted poorly, there’s a dried up paint drop clearly visible. I’ve been working with the service team because at the time of purchase the vehicle speakers were broken. The volume cannot go beyond 23 without it clicking. I hear the clicking even when on a light volume on a call. I have been going back and fourth for two years and they claim they can’t find the issue. I have used my phone and plugged it into the other Mustangs they have on the lot and it worked just fine passed any volume setting. Clear indication that there is something wrong within the stereo system on the mustang sold to me. Throughout the years my car has been damaged when in service at Ford by the technician. My car door from the inside had to be replaced due to damages caused by Ford and they still have not replaced another part of my car which they scratched. In May of 2022 my car was at Ford for over two weeks. They still did NOT resolve the issue. The rented me a car from enterprise and said they would cover 100% of the cost. I then received a $431.66 charge on my card and when I called Enterprise they told me Ford was not covering a certain amount. Despite my car still not being fixed and spending endless amount of hours waiting for my car to be fixed and spending a lot of money on gas this is an on going issue. The service team not once reached out to me to contact me despite telling me they would. This place is extremely unprofessional and I would advise to take your business to a different location. They will not fix your vehicle and will damage it. It is extremely frustrating when you buy a brand new car and they tell you they will fix certain things and do not follow up. Making a customer pay for something they said they were going to cover 100% is extremely unethical and raises area of concern for their integrity. Victor the sales associate completely lied about having Ford 100% cover the rental and denied every stating that. I highly do not recommend this place, they say one thing and don’t follow through on what they say.

Just bought my third Ford Transit Connect from Henry Curtis. Ordered in Sept 2021. I knew the supply chain issues would take time for delivery and as a special order I expected and did pay full sticker. I could not be more pleased. Big improvements with tech and ride quality from my 2014 TC. Tons of hands free and safety features.

This was the first time buying online. It was very easy and painless. No salesman with a 4 square box. They get 2 thumbs up. (I’d give them 10, but only have 2!). The car I purchased recently got 92 mpg, on a trip from Reno. It was everything I imagined it would be.

Is it normal to be sold a car with no front plate. And told its "my problem now" when i ask for help? I even called honda and Toyota and they said they could help me out. Buy a ford go to honda to get it right haha
