The workers were very polite and diligent. They had my new HVAC system up and running in a day and a half as it was in the 100's. They cleaned after themselves and removed all of the old system. Very pleased.

Right from the beginning, they worked hard to make this work. New rules made it difficult to find an acceptable place to put the heat pump. They found a good solution. Professional at all times. Despite ongoing supply issues, they managed to dig up the equipment I wanted. Install was done cleanly and quickly. Strongly recommend!

My air conditioning system from them is only about 3 years old and has broken down THREE times since May. The warranty only covered parts, which cost next to nothing but the labor is extremely expensive. First repair “fixed” a coolant leak and filled refrigerant. $600–Month later ac not working again. They cancelled on the day of and made us wait 10 days WITH NO AC IN CALIFORNIA SUMMER. Finally someone comes and “fixes” it with a $25 part $200 labor for literally 10 min of their time. Okay, fine whatever. Fast forward a month and it’s not working again! They say they’ll come next day, cancel day of two hours into time window. Reschedule for tomorrow, same thing.. cancel 2 hours into waiting during the time window. If this was an accredited business I would report to the BBB. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Will do nothing but tell everyone I know NOT to waste their money. Faulty parts, horrific customer service, don’t care if their customers suffer or waste their time!

Andrey was an excellent installer. He and his partner arrived on time. They treated my home with great care and respect. There were no problems with the installation and they cleaned up the mess so the the place was spotless. Both men were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to do everybody's window installations. What a difference the new windows made in the temperature inside the house. The windows really helped to reduce the outside noises coming inside the house to zero. My home looks fabulous on the outside. My house curb appeal went up 150%. That's a lot. Thanks Andrey!
