America's Tires was a recommendation from a coworker. Ordered a set of 4 tires for my Tesla Model Y. The buying process online was straight forward and simple. It allowed me to make an appointment for my installation at the same time. I will say that this way of buying tires is not the norm for me. I've been used to going to a tire shop and asking for what I want. They would have to look to see if they have them and then I'd have to wait a few days to get them installed cause they are backup. Buying from America's Tire put "ME" in control of the process. I knew what inventory they had and I know when I can have them installed. The process was a breeze. Highly recommend. I will be coming back for my next of tires on my JEEP. Added perk was the tire rotation. Making an appointment is so easy, I can see myself being on time for tire rotations. Quality and convenient. Always helpful, I rotate and have my entire checked on schedule. They keep an eye out and help me extend the life of my tires. My car died in the bay, one of the young men jumped my car with his own. We have been discount / America's Tires customers in three states. Over 30 years!

I got my tires rotated a week ago. I Ihave an older model BMW. When i came home, one of my tire caps( BMW ) emblem was missing. I called, there was not an extra lying around. One day later another was missing. Someone in my neighborhood found it and put it on my windshield.. I touched the last one that was still on a few days after service there, it fell off in to my hand. I have one left, they are expensive to replace but 3 fell off after they rotated my wheels and they don't take responsibility. I would recommend that if you have such caps and have had your tires rotated, check to see if they have been reattached correctly. They should not fall off if you touch them after your service. I have had those caps on for years and no one else touches my car
