Thank goodness for animals first! My vet could not see us in an emergency, so I called animals first and they were able to see my Lulubelle in a few hours. The staff are wonderful, helpful and kind. Katie was our first contact and very helpful. Wanda took such good care of my Lulubelle who needed X-rays and pain meds. Dr. Munir is kind and gentle. I would recommend Animals first!

I came here late in operating hours because I needed an emergency urgent care appointment for my dog; the vet tech fit me in last minute for an appt, which I appreciated! The veterinarian and the vet tech were both very patient with me as I asked a litany of question regarding my dog’s ear infection. I was walked through the entire process of treatment and payment, and they gave me autonomy in deciding which or how much of the recommended medications I wanted to give my dog. The vet and the vet tech worked after hours to treat my babygirl’s ear inflammation to the best of their ability. I felt like my dog was taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back here again!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The doctor explained everything and the next phases for my puppy’s care. I am true grateful for the care they provided my baby Tiny. I highly recommend their practice.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful! . They listen to you and also do their best to be clear on care and the options for your pet. We have been taking our cats there for years now and we have always been pleased with the treatment of both our pets and us.

Yes
Sonia, IDK You would have to call them I got my dog fix 7 years ago
Yes they do
Not sure about cats but we got the low cost dpay for our dog, supposedly $150 when all said and done we paid $800 + that's with all her shots microchip then they tried to hit us with another $200+ once the stitches came out, the nurses werw great and gave us different options but the doctor was kinda grim in his bed side manner trying to upsale us on the more expensive procedure
The answer Raheem gave wasn’t honest! I’ve been going there for 20 years and the only way he got charged more is if they found something wrong with his dog and he got treatment for it. He has the opportunity to refuse treatment as well before they do anything.
Until then to preserve the body of your sweet kitty, you can wrap it in something and put it in the freezer to stop the body from decomposing.. (hubby does that with his deer until the taxidermist can take it) sorry for your loss 🙁
