You get a transfer on death designation afftidavit made by an attorney or maybe a title company then take to recorder's office to record it
The Auditor has a property record card you can get online from their website
Go to the 18th floor in the 373 south high street building also if you dont need it certified you can get it on line at the recorders web site.
The property has to be free and clear of all liens before transferring...

The grantee doesn't have to sign, only the grantor. They will make you fill out an "exempt conveyance form" since she is your daughter, you won't have to pay the conveyance fee. It will cost fifty cents for the transfer. There's also a $28 fee to file it in the recorders office.
