If it was even possible to make an appt i'm not sure what the service would be like. I need my eyes testing, called up, someone answers the phone like its a wrong number, then eventually says after prompting that is is the right place. I'm not a patient and tried to get an appt, she asked for my insurance and told her to wait one sec while i pulled it up on my computer, she would not wait and kept telling me to call back, i just asked her to wait one second and she spent more time saying a patient was waiting, this is after i had given her my name, so unsure if she had an issue with me being a foreigner. She would not make the appt or wait. I told her i won't bother calling back. Just plain rude! FYI to the manager of the store - don't let this lady answer your calls unless you don't need any new patients

And we always find some thing we like here. Their inventory is probably our favorite.
