After getting back into golf to escape outside during the pandemic, I decided I needed an entirely new set of clubs. Shawn was extremely knowledgable during the fitting process, answering every question I could throw at him (and even answering some questions I didn't ask, but should have!) The entire staff works together to maintain excellent customer service. Although I was not initially in love with the clubs because they "weren't the right brand" (brands work hard to convince you they are the best), Shawn's fitting recommendations have me playing my best golf of my life, and the clubs perfectly match my swing. My driver's slice is gone and has turned into a baby fade. My irons are consistent. If you need a new club, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I chose to get fitted here for a new set of Titleist irons based on all the excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience here has been incredibly disappointing. I got fitted on April 29th and was told that my clubs would be shipped to me within 4-6 weeks. I waited 5 weeks and gave the shop a call to check on my order status, and was told that I would receive a call back from the associate that fitted me for the clubs as soon as he finished up with another customer. After a few hours, I hadn’t heard back from the associate, so I called Titleist directly. The Titleist rep was very helpful and informed me that the order was not submitted to them until May 24th, nearly a month after my fitting. When I finally got in touch with the associate that fitted me to discuss what had delayed the submission of the order, he chalked it up to someone else’s error. Now the shafts I ordered are sold out and won’t be restocked until June 15th, and Titleist will need a few more weeks on top of that to complete and ship my order. Yesterday the associate at Alameda told me he would contact someone about the issue and keep me in the loop via email, and I have yet to receive anything. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and overall customer service, as well as a summer without the clubs I purchased in April.

These folks are professional, knowledgable, and obviously passionate about golf and customer service. Shop is very well stocked with new, as well as used equipment. No pressure or hurry to buy. Everything a golf shop should be. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. I'll never go anywhere else in the Bay Area.

If you are serious about improving your game, this is the place to go in the Bay for fitted golf clubs. Both Shawns are extremely knowledgeable and will never upsell you on anything - customer service is A+. After using my fitted clubs for a year, I've gone down from an 11 index to a 5! They're a great asset to the local golf community. 👍
