Budget Blinds was great when we ordered window treatments for our new home. Everything was exactly as I ordered, and installed in one day. The in-home technician was friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing window treatments and blinds!

When they first arrived at my house to measure for the blinds it was in December. We had only been in our new home a couple of weeks. They set a date for January, then called back to say they had not ordered the blinds correctly and would have to re-schedule the date. A couple of days before the date to install the blinds they called again to re-schedule because the company had sent the wrong hardware. They installed the blinds and the one above the bed was not the correct size. They also had to re-do the kitchen valance. So again we have a re-schedule an installation date. Then they called again and tried to schedule for March and my husband said, no, we need this now. They re-scheduled and then called back and changed the time twice. We now have the blinds installed and the one above the bed doesn't fit correctly. I had to move the bottom up in order to have the blind close correctly. So we get to look at the hazard sticker now. I do NOT recommend this company.
