This place is by far the best clinic. The only thing is the dosing there's always a hold just to get in. Besides that to nassy is the best the dosing nurses are bomb n the head nurse gets on her job.

I was on this clinic for over 5 years. I had ONE argument with a very rude lot attendant and I was terminated. He stated that i got out of my vehicle and tried to fight him. This never happened. She. The cameras proved that i was being truthful they change my termination from threatening staff to attitude. It's insane that they would discharge someone who has never had a problem over one incident. The lot attendant Chris is very rude and I've witnessed him disrespect multiple clients. When I went to wrote a grievance they refused me the grievance and blamed his attitude on a language barrier . Victoria the director is heartless as well as the main caseworker Katy. The amount of deaths nowadays due to overdoses and they discharged me over an attitude . 1 attitude in 5 years. It's crazy. If hcrc genuinely cared why was I terminated after 5 years . Made as many counseling sessions as I could, only missed a handful in 5 years. Made all my orientations. Never had a write up. Remained abstinent from illicit drugs for over 4 years . I'm just at a loss for words . This place wanted to rapidly detox me from 105mg at 5mg a day after dosing at 105 for over 4 years. It's borderline inhumane. I may have been disrespectful to the lot attendant which I admitted and apologized for. But the initial incident report that christiano wrote that put me on intent to discharge was fabricated to begin with. All I did was pull coward one parking space. He told me to go to the back for that and I saod why do you have to be a punk. I then told him to get away from me. And he radioed inside saying I was threatening him . He blatantly lied and Katy and Victoria backed him up which makes them liars. If your looking for methadone treatment I wouldn't put your life on the hands of people who will discharge you based off of a false report woth evidence proving that christiano lied. I wouldn't go there . Lynn or Topeka st , or bay cove may be better options. i want to add that the lead nurse Jim Carey is not a nice peeson. he acta as if everyone is lying ar trying to manipulate the syatem even aftwr yeara of being in the program succesfully clean. he should hold the power he does he accused someone of tampering woth take honmes and discharged woth no detox. he had 0 proof of his accusation and the patient had evodence of leaki g bpttles and brought thwm back to be replaced . how is that tanpering . HCRC you need to look into who you have in high positions at ypu facilitiea. and for the the public these are facts not rumors for hearsay!

I've been coming for a year at this clinic. It's been very comfortable and safe place to go to,the staff and nurses and drs all been great. This is my first time coming here and I'll tell you if everyone that has a drug problem had the same people at this clinic they probably would stay sober like I have. I've really appreciated the help that I have got from everyone at this clinic thanks for everything.

Some staff are absolutely horrible and the rest are ok. Watch out for the head nurse because he loves kicking ppl off. He will be so quick to take away your dose and call police for no reason.
