I have been living at One North for over two years and have had nothing but positive experiences! The management team is always around and super helpful with any concerns. The maintenance team, especially Anthony, is very responsive and fixes anything in a timely manner. The location is convenient with quick access to the highway and public transportation. I would definitely recommend living here!

I am moving out this month after almost 3 years here. I can honestly say this is a close community that is extremely dog-friendly and full of some great professionals who became my friends. Having Fetch on site was a game changer when my dog was a puppy and the rest of the amenities are always clean and available. The office staff is awesome - esp Morgan and Shannon and the maintenance crew is so helpful and diligent about keeping both buildings in great shape. Having a concierge on site was always helpful and inviting, the commute to Boston was easy and the neighborhood always felt safe. My only lesson learned was do not live on the rt 1 side if you can't stand noise and like your windows open. I would recommend this building to a friend!

I have lived at OneNorth for a few months now and absolutely love it there! If you have a pet this is absolutely the place for you. The staff here is very helpful and attentive. They really make you feel at home. Morghan in the leasing office is always happy to help and goes above and beyond. My dog loves it here and gets special treats and attention every-time he goes by the leasing office. Would definitely recommend this community!

1) BEWARE: If you're trying to rent an apartment on the 3rd floor directly above the indoor basketball court, don't waste your time. All the noise that comes from the court makes it way up to the apartment. Nothing but audible thuds and vibrations all day. You’d think that since the court closes at 9pm that it would end then, but I have been woken up from people playing as late as 3am. The first time I reported the problem, I was told that the disturbance might be due to trash chute or elevator which clearly is not the case. Then they stopped replying to me, splendid. After reaching my breaking point, I asked for an apartment transfer because my last resort was breaking the lease. To my surprise they allowed me to transfer into a new apartment, waiving the transfer fee. 2) Visitor parking is basically a joke. There's probably 17 spots total between both buildings... for 452 units. Street parking is resident parking only after midnight - 5am. Better tell your friends/late night visitors to Uber it because it's not worth the headache. 3) Careful with packages/food delivery. One of my packages were "missing" that were supposed to be delivered the first day I moved in. One time I ordered food, and came down to grab it not even a minute later, someone had already taken it (driver sent a picture of where they left it and it wasn't there). Unless rent prices stabilize or things change significantly, I won’t be renewing the lease once my obligation is complete.

Plenty of visitor parking available (marked) between both large lots for the two buildings, just check in with the concierge to get parking passes.
