Wish it had a negative review option . The current manager is incompetent and incapable of taking the job seriously, my rent was raised , I was not given formal notice resulting in having to give only a weeks notice , i was forced to move because of the fact that the increase was not worth continuing to stay in that toxic environment. It has effected me and my children greatly , i had to use up all of my emergency funds just to move. She is not empathetic or understanding, I was not respected and felt discriminated against personally. I was given little notice and was given the security deposit PAST the day it was supposed to be given back. It has been turmoil during and after , good luck reaching the corporate office as well they do not respond in California. The building is run by the previous managers daughter and does not handle issues responsibly. Please reconsider and save yourself the headache. It’s too expensive to invest in my opinion.

Don't waste your time. I've been in a 1 Webster Studio for about a year and planned on re-signing for another. I received a notice that my rent increased $360, almost equivalent to a 1 bedroom . When I tried to speak to someone about the increase no one would return my e-mails or was assigned to speak to me regarding the matter. The increase was firm and the company didn't care to compromise or hear me out. I've been patient through many building issues (No water, no hot water, dozens of building fire alarms) and all I received was a greedy hike in rent and no one to speak to.

Ranking Numbers

Just recently moved in, after searching for months for an apartment in the Boston area. One Webster did not disappointment. Stephanie the manager was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was everything I wanted. Maintenance is friendly and neighbors seem nice. Community is overall very clean for Chelsea. Excited for what this year brings! Thank you One Webster team

I’m going on my second year living at the property and I have to say it was a easy choice staying on. The building is kept clean, the on site staff are fantastic. Friendly and always available to help. The maintenance technician take care of any issues that might arise in my unit. All in all I couldn’t be any more happier with my choice to stay for another year. Highly recommend this property for anyone moving into Chelsea.
