Just wanted to write some notes on this specific branch in National City, San Diego. The drive through is awesome. We got our orders in and received them perfectly. The Jollibee chicken tops my list of best fried chicken.

The service is relatively fast, and the attendants do a great job of keeping the facility clean in the areas where the customers might be sitting. The inside of the restaurant is modern and up-to-date, and the restroom is nice. The food is unique to the culture.

I love Jollibee and the food they serve unfortunately this particular establishment ran out of spicy chicken (which was the main reason for my visit and online order) I was quite disappointed as to how they don't make spicy chicken in the evenings as it was only 6 pm and they were not making anymore. So food is still good, but the experience could have been better. I was left to substitute my order with the regular chicken. Definitely a bummer to both myself and the kids.

Long line for the drive thru but there are a lot of employees working and made it go quickly. The chicken was great and juicy but the spaghetti tastes like SpagettiO's from the can. My boyfriend loved it but I didn't. The Palabok made up for the spaghetti and was delicious!! The pineapple juice drink is refreshing. Definitely coming back for that Palabok
