Yes but mind you it's Dollar tree quality so use at your own discretion.
From Maverick Station, take either the 116 or 117 Wonderland bound bus to Stockton (to your left you will see a 7-11 with a Dunk in Donuts). Get off the bus and cross Broadway and continue walking until you see the Home Depot in front of you and a CVS to your right. Make a right and you will see Dollar Tree at the far end of the shopping center parking lot to the right of Home Depot and to the left of Subway, Chinese Buffet and Sally Beauty Supply.
They have a good selection of bags. Only at the correct holidays.
Ive seen some in the past and even purchased one about a year ago but haven't seen any there in a long time
