I had the worst experience with the blood drawer named Maydi or Mayri who assisted today Sept 9 2022 the room 4 during morning hours. Please ask that someone else assist you if you want to keep safe because this woman does not have any idea about what the concept of ethic means. Firstly, this person asked me to take of the garbage my lab order because there could be a safety issue with my personal info if an inspection comes, and I ask you Maydi, with client’s safety there are not more serious issues? On the other hand she did improper and inadequate comments about my age and my condition, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. To finish, I’d like to add that the white box where she put the syringe, needle and other stuff had drops of blood. So my questions are: Does this place only cares for internal security? What about patients safety? Please Maydi could you answer these questions, as you are terribly worried for safety issues... This kind of people with profound lack of common sense and compassion should not be in direct contact with customers by any chance.

Simply amazing. I brought my 8 month old son to get his blood drawn. My son came into the office happy and left happier. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. It's worth the drive. They made sure both parents were comfortable. We were in and out before our appointment time. What I appreciate the most is that one of the phlebotomist had a little trouble finding his vein and she did not hesitate to ask for help. Over all 10 out of 10.

I came to the facility as a walk in twice, signed in , sit in the waiting are for almost an hour on both occasions, was unable to be seen, terrible service!!! I have never seen anything like this !!! Horrible service!!!
