Water delivery Was a good idea now the delivery charges are extremely high.9.99 +Water $34.50+Tip. Hardly worth the effort. And you don’t get to choose you delivery date that’s convenient for you. If I got to pay for delivery I should be able to choose when my water gets delivered.

Their motto might be "Your concerns are our top priority" but they make sure to not even try to uphold any level of customer service. You would expect more professionalism and care in a Nestle company owned product, but their staff have horrible copy and paste response methods on emails so you can tell the employees don't care in the slightest and just want to complete your case number and move onto the next one. They also have an awful website that only works best on outdated browsers which makes navigation frustrating. I could accept all that but their fundamental purpose is reliable water delivery and they can't even do that. They cancel and reschedule your orders without notice or explanation and could care less about any schedule you have in place, but they are happy to charge you whether or not they deliver. So you get overlapping or late payments and good luck trying to contact someone in regards to fixing any of these issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The best thing about them are their drivers who have all been courteous, but of course the face to face human aspect of this process is the best part.

Terrible service we are supposed to have to deliver 4 bottles every week, we don't have to drink anymore, we work in landscaping under the sun. It is definitely a lousy service 😡

If I can give them a zero, I would. They got me to sign up with "deals" but the service keeps changing and getting more expensive. Their customer service is non existent.
