Unfortunately for myself and another woman our breast images were read incorrectly by TWO radiologists As a result we are both diagnosed with MBC i can't express my disgust with these 2 incompetents! My images were misread incorrectly for 2 yrs!!! By the same radiologists! They should resign and spare any other woman this tragedy

I went for ct scan on Saturday the tech was nice one of them, the front desk and other techs were not friendly seemed like we the patients were a bother. I asked how long for ct scan results and got a day or two. I have been sitting here all weekend worried and anxious the turn around time is terrible , I know it was a holiday weekend , regardless it is someone's life .Some don't understand what others are going through from now on I will go to ER for quicker turn around time .

As with several others here, I tried to call to ask a basic question and got the worst customer service experience possible. Will schedule my MRI with someone else. Avoid this facility.

I need to give the staff here big props. A patient left her two children in the waiting room during her procedure. The son ran around, ransacked the waiting room, screamed and cried for 40 minutes. The staff took turns watching and consoling him. Way way way beyond the call of duty!
