I have never met a kinder, more service oriented group of clerks than at this Post Office. The women are always happy to greet me, and pleasant to chat with while mailing my packages, which I do frequently considering I'm mailing numerous orders for my Etsy business. The mailman always seems to be in a hurry, but I usually get my mail on time or a day early, especially my Amazon orders. The men and women at our USPS are amazing considering they are dealing with increased mail loads since the start of Covid and a reduced staff. For people complaining about lazy staff, you try moving that much mail when you haven't got enough people - and these folks are working 12 to 14 hour days! Maybe if a few more people applied to work, they wouldn't be working such long hours.

Absolutely horrible customer service, mail carriers steal packages and mark as delivered. It’s a common occurrence nowadays. Government ran businesses are constantly stealing from regular people. Multiple articles have been written. Use FedEx or us if possible. They are much more helpful then the usps the Prineville “postmaster” is not helpful at all.

For me, this is the best set up for a post office. It’s so spacious & spread out for people to get what they need, or stand in line. The employees are really nice & helpful. I haven’t ever had a bad experience there. It’s definitely going to be my go to place to drop off my packages.

I have no complaints about this office. Our local mail lady is always super friendly and helpful, and the staff at the office are usually friendly and efficient.
