DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT CHOOSE GC. WORST CHOICE EVER. One start is not appropriate for GC apartments. If possible, I would give 0 star. This complex is poorly managed. You will not be able to live in this filthy environment. It is overpriced for this place and for what you get. The residents of the building are not considerate at all. The noise levels are out of control! They have rented out to multiple families in one bedroom apartments. Parties are supposedly a lease violation, but management does nothing about it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the noise and loud music, but it appears that no one cares. All they say is phone us or come to our office, but nothing happens. Please keep in mind that living here is unbearable. The staff are non-responsive at all when there have been many issues and make no effort to resolve them. I can constantly hear my neighbors even late at night which keeps me awake when I have to get up early the next morning for work. Staff are unacceptable bad. Manager does not even care about what her employees are doing. No body ever cares about your problem. If you want to pay online, be aware that they do not know how to take money from your bank account, and they will charge you a late fee on that. If you do not have enough time to keep an eye on the leasing office 24/7. Oh my god, the entire building stinks. People don't know how to walk their trash to the dumpster, so they just dump it anywhere. Mails and packages usually disappears for no reason.

Andie has been an enormous help through my moving experience and till now. Im happy with the location and size of the apartment. The neighborhood is filled with welcoming neighbors and a good environment to raise a family and pets. I am grateful for my experience and highly recommend moving here.

I moved to Gardencrest over the summer while quickly trying to find a place to move my family. Andie Rousseau at the office was nothing but kind, understanding, and accommodating. She was able to show me various options upon contact and then helped me to quickly go through the rental process so that I could move out by my move-out date. Since then, anything at all that comes up or that I need assistance with I am always sure to call or drop by the office. They send maintenance over in a very timely fashion. I am very happy with the excellent customer service that Andie has provided me and am grateful of how her support, efficiency, and professionalism has helped my family and I move and settle in. I would recommend!
