My experience with Dr. Venkat was absolutely amazing. She is sweet and gentle and extremely knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous about having LASIK done and she made me feel so comfortable. Her work was perfect and I am seeing at 20/20 vision! She is fabulous and I would highly recommend anyone to go see her!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes the wait times were a bit longer than expected. Yea they are busy, but I’m not the only person looking for treatment. Dr. Hatch’s staff were nice enough to me even though they were very busy. My Cross Linking from Steve and Cheryl went fine in both eyes. Like I said to Dr Hatch about the reviews, it’s eye surgery, not a dinner theater!

I got my eye surgery under Dr. Hatch at the end of 2017. Could not be happier with the results. No post-op complications, prompt follow-up appointments, and absolutely no side-effects that are common with elective eye surgeries. Not only that, recently I needed a ton of documentation signed by the doctor. Both Melissa and Christine from the front-desk staff were phenomenal and a major asset for me getting these documents with a fast turn-around time. I can't speak on behalf of wait times this year, but so what if they are a bit longer? If you want the best quality care for your eyes then this is the place to go to and I will happily wait for my next appointment.
