The food was very good but the waitress never came back to see if we wanted to refill our drinks but she did however come back and asked why her tip wasn’t at 20% so my girlfriend gave her more money scent when does a waitress come over and ask for more money for her service this happened yesterday 8/11/2022 at around 1:30 or 2:30. My girls friends said they will never go back to 621 Grill House we sat at the round table in the corner. Please KEEP In Mind we’re all going threw hard Time. Regards Maria very unhappy 🙁

Best family friendly restaurant/bar in Malden! It's family owned. Everything on their menu is amazing. Not only is the food 5 star worthy, but it doesn't break the bank. I love 621 and I highly recommend it for everyone

The place was packed . We arrived at 2:15 didn’t get seated until 3 and we asked about the luncheon specials which we were told it was too late to get any luncheon specials even tho we were there in time to get them but weren’t seated for 45 minutes later .The waitress disappeared so we didn’t have a chance to order for another half hour . The service was poor to say the least . The pasta I got was hard and cold …..my daughters chowder was cold I’m sorry but for $80 for 4 of us I surely was expecting much better service and much better food as this place was recommended by a close friend who lives in the area. I wouldn’t return there as I was very disappointed with the service and the food.

This place embodies small town place with fantastic service. The food and pizza are delicious !!! I have to say the 621 staff is always so pleasant and accommodating! They made me a special heart shaped Italiano pizza for Valentine’s Day something they’ve never been asked to do but it came out incredible!!! Kudos to the chef and the staff thank you so much!
