The guys helping out the customers are great and truly helpful. The manager Elizabeth, not so much. She was rude in talking over me when I was explaining the reason for my dead battery and kept insisting on not replacing it. When her employee tried to explain it to her she kept repeating herself like a child. She then started being sarcastic when I said I could tell she’s having a great day and to not be like that it’s only Monday. Deal with anyone but ELIZABETH 🙏🏼

From the cleanliness of the store ,fully stocked inventory, and first class Customer Service the store definitely ranks in the top three auto parts stores in the southern California region and/or possibly the state. Krystel, the parts manager not only took her time with me but also showed me different options and routes I could take with my current project.You’ve tried the rest, now head over to Autozone Sun Valley and try the best .
