These guys... I get that we all need to make changes with the Covid19 and all but update your your hours online and with Google. Thinking they close at 5 as it states on Google. I drive from downtown L.A and get there at 3:57pm and the guy tells me they are closed at 4pm, I stated its 3:57. His reply was sorry... The guy wouldn't even help me out. Now I have purchased several batteries from this location and the customer service today was less than desirable!!! Update your information online Interstate Batteries!!!!

Tony is the man!! Explains things to you efficiently and patiently, even if he is busy. There's no "stupid question" as far as he is concerned......at least that is how he made me feel. I went with the reconditioned battery and saved myself a hundred bucks!! No soft sell with Tony....i asked if i should pay the ten bucks to extend the warranty out from three months to a year and he said with no hesitation "YES". I am no mechanic or diy'er and the type of guy that needs help with making the big decisions like what to order on the menu and if i should spend the ten bucks. Now i am back on the road and good to go for at least a year before shelling out any money for starting power. Out the door for $57 for a ------MEGATRON II INTERSTATE BATTERY-- I think corporate should offer window decals for free for loyal customers such as myself....AND give Tony a raise!!!

Called them to verify that they had my battery in stock. They told me they did so I said "I'm coming to get it now. They told me they'd have it ready. I drove 45 minutes to pick it up. When I got there they said they didn't have it. I told them I called ahead to verify. He said, yeah I remember telling you that but we don't have it. No apology, no attempt to resolve the problem, just kept saying, "we don't have it". Very rude, bad customer service. I love interstate batteries but the guys at this branch don't seem to know what they're doing. What a waste of an hour and a half. Don't deal with this branch.
