Tried to call after a traffic incident happened and the officer that answered was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I hope that I never have an extreme emergency that requires quick action and good police officers.

Have had great experiences since I moved here 7+ years ago. Police dept center on Eastern Ave is very nice - bright and actually inviting. They've helped me various times and always been polite and responsive. Phone dispatch was also very good. I have no complaints at all. I even like the traffic detail officers. Have been helped with a b&e attempt, hit and run on my car, vandalism, and a variety of other "fun" things that have popped up while living here. Oh, and they helped me this horrible time I locked myself out of my house accidentally. (Thank you!)

Absolutely awful experience. 'Officer' Dicarlo was incredibly rude and aggressive and should not be sent out into the streets to represent the city of Malden. He deserves to be reprimanded for having such an awful attitude towards those who he has sworn to protect.
