This is not the kind of park you go to for a long leisurely shady walk amongst trees and floral gardens. This is a more functional park. It has several ball fields and also basketball and tennis courts and a playground. If you come here for a game, just be advised that parking is very limited in this area--which is largely residential.

Yes, there are swings and extended play ground. Its safe and busy. And easy for children to make friends
No one is allowed to live in the park. Dogs on a leash are allowed, but you must pick up after your pet
