Man, they sure know how to help people out. Traveling through the state when I sprung a power steering leak. Worked us in IMMEDIATELY, realized there was not a hose for my truck to be found, made one & got me back on the road within 4 hrs. On top of that, they drove us to get some food while we waited. Thank you, Fox Ford, for all yall did for us; you will never know how much we appreciate it.

Awesome experience! I did a custom build through the Internet Sales Manager Derek, he was super knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They also gave me top-dollar for my trade in! I decided to go with Fox Ford over the literally dozens of Ford Dealerships between my house in Southeastern Virginia and their location 300 miles away in southwestern Pennsylvania because I was that impressed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I walked onto the dealership lot the day after speaking on the phone to who would turn out to be my salesperson, Lloyd Miller. He was pleasant on the phone and much more personable face to face. It has been forever and a day since the last time I was impressed by someone in any position where customer service is a primary responsibility. As for the dealership itself, everyone seemed pleasant, greeted me, and spoke briefly to me as they were on their way to do whatever they were headed off to do. The lot was a bit disorganized, though. Cars and trucks parked any kind of way and halfway blocking travel paths. It would have been nice to see all the available vehicles in the same area without vehicles parked amongst them that were, for one reason or another, unavailable. I walked up to a vehicle that was practically brand new, clean inside and out, as if it were just detailed for delivery to a new purchase customer. Instead, the vehicle had personal effects inside such as a backpack, a jacket and a couple other things you would normally not find in a vehicle that was sold, detailed, ready to deliver to a customer. Everything was on the rear floor space out of immediate view, and the windows were slightly tinted, making it slightly more difficult to see inside but was readily noticeable when you got really close to the windows to peer inside at the condition and amenities inside the vehicle. Had I approached the vehicle from the rear, I would have noticed the license plate mounted on the vehicle and no temporary tag in the rear windshield. Other than what was mentioned, I have no complaints about Fox Ford in Waynesburg, PA. I would advise anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to stop in and at least see what they have to offer. The people I saw on the lot and inside the showroom were seemingly pleased with the place and the staff, as was I. I would certainly check them out if and when I'm in the market for another vehicle. Especially if Lloyd Miller is still there at that time. Again, it's rare that I am impressed by anyone in any field where customer service is a key factor in their everyday responsibilities, but he was certainly one who earned my respect, AND MY TRUST!
