On our way home to Indiana the heat shield on our expedition came loose and was dragging. I stopped in to their service department and even before they officially opened, Brian in service went out and removed the remaining shield himself. Thanks to his help we were able to get back on the road with no delay. Excellent customer service!

Although, we had an appointment for the recall, when we arrived for the appointment, the part was used on another vehicle. The part should have been put aside, since we had an appointment. Instead, we have to wait for another part to become available. Hopefully this time no one else get out part next time.

Everyone at Jim Robinson but especially Mike was amazing when we bought our Bronco Sport. I had to wait for a while but it was no fault of theirs and it was definitely worth the wait!
