Went to ford.com to build an F150. When I was done there was an option to "contact dealer and request quote". I clicked the button and it sent my info to Ray Price Ford. I immediately get a text spamming me (automated - not from a person) and several automated emails. Fine. A few hours later a salesperson contacts me saying "come to the dealership and look at our trucks". I already know what I want and that the dealerships don't have it. My request was to order one! Ok I remind him of that. Then he says "Oh well you still have to come in because we need to check your credit before we quote you a price". That is not true. Credit determines financing terms - not purchase price. This goes on and on - clearly he is trying to pressure me to visit. If their policy is to only give a quote in person - fine but be honest and say so. In any case - many other dealerships just give a price over the phone or email so I won't be working with this one any further. And BTW - you know why they don't give a price over email? Only reason - because they won't be competitive with other dealers. I even emailed a copy of our conversation to the sales manager. Never got a response.

Rude service desk with arbitrary rules. In 2022 the idea that you cannot make a service appointment where you wait for your car online is antiquated and ridiculous. When I show up I'm treated with disdain. It turns out other reviewers are having a similar experience. We've been serving our Ford here for years. You would think they'd appreciate and work with you. After the service contract we'll take our business elsewhere.

I went to this dealership for service. After reading the many reviews, I was somewhat skeptical. I already knew what was wrong with my truck, so I simply needed confirmation & quotes for the work. I did not have an appointment so I arrived 45 minutes prior to the service department opening. I was greeted by Emily I believe in the service department. I explained to her the issues with my truck. She asked some questions, took some information, explained that customers with appointments would be first priority, but she would attempt to get my truck looked at as soon as possible. Emily seemed knowledgeable, and very politely directed me to the waiting area where there was coffee , tv etc.. In a little while Emily came to the waiting area and she explained everything to me in reference to the work, estimates, options, appointments. Emily also gave me a printout of everything while reviewing it with me. Everything on the printout and verbalized to me about my truck was on point. They didnt say I had to do anything extra etc... The estimate for the work was actually lower than estimates I was getting from other mechanics. I will be returning to get the work done at the dealership. I will follow up with that experience when its done. So far, so good.....
