I just purchased a brand new Ford F150 Lariat and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Dan Lane on building a custom order and he was fantastic. I never had better customer service before when purchasing a vehicle! It almost took a whole year for it to arrive and all the while Dan answered all of my annoying text that I sent him. Just a genuine awesome guy! The rest of the Fred Beans family were very nice and helpful. I'm proud to be a member of the family with my new Ford! I highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle here! They are second to none in my book!

We had a particularly unique situation as we had only just arrived in the US from abroad. We had spoken to other dealerships who could not help overcome our challenges. The help we got specifically from Joe who also went the extra mile and got us a great insurance contact was exceptional. He was very patient, understanding and willing to help. The rest of the team across finance and management also ensured we got the best rate and deal. I was suitably impressed and will be back to source my next new vehicle. My girlfriend and I ventured into Fred Beans (Exton) in search for the perfect car for her. With it being her first time trying to get a new vehicle, emotions were high.
