Quality work and fast turnaround time. I have a Google preferred Care subscription for my pixel phone. After breaking my phone I filed a claim online, then stop by this location to drop off the phone with no existing appointment needed. Within a couple of hours my phone was fixed and all ready to go. Process was efficient and painless.

I brought them two phones to fix, a Samsung Note 20 and an iPhone 6. They fixed the Samsung (at least so far its still working). I told the worker the iPhone has a problem with the charging port and the cord needs to be wiggled around. He took it in the back and looked at it and came back out and said he tested connectivity and it's fine. I explained to him that yes, many times it seems fine but many times it also does not charge. I even showed him with his own cord how sometimes it doesn't charge. Sure enough his cord wasn't charging the phone. I left the phone with them on a Saturday and said I didn't need it until Thursday. The phone was being given to a family member in NYC. He assured me a new charging port would be installed and they would call when the phone was ready. I was busy all week and Thursday afternoon came and went and they never called. When I called them the person who answered needed about 10 minutes to find out where the phone was and said oh, we didn't do anything, just cleaned it and it's working fine, there's no charge. I had a sneaky suspicion they never even looked at it. Sure enough when I got it home the same problem existed. It's obvious this store is very busy and utterly mismanaged by a bunch of incompetents. Do yourself a favor and take your phone to a place where they actually care about their customers devices and their own reputations.

I have the worst phone samsung has ever came out with. The samsung z fold 3. The 2 was recalled and the 3 should be as well. All I did was open this phone and the center screen popped! Had it for 3 months so no biggie it should be covered with its 1 year warranty. NOPE not form this outfit they said it's not a warranty to concern and proceeded to not want to help unless i went through asurian. Proceeded to tell me i broke the phone as if i was lying. These technicians don't know what there talking about. These kids just make assumptions to get out of work. Stay away!

Awesome experience! Filed claim with Asurion with AT&T. Brought phone right to this location immediately afterwards. They handled the repair like it was nothing for them. Had the phone back in no time! Totally pleased!!
