Heidi was the associate from R&F that I worked with. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful in her approach with me. Over a month in and the sofa/chaise I purchased is holding up with no issues to report. It’s the Ace collection of any are curious. One of the best parts about this purchase was that it delivered in less than a week; compared to other lead times these days, it was SO nice to have something so sharp and so quick. The delivery went incredibly smooth and quick; the team all worked to show me how to use the electronics built into it and didn’t leave until I said I was comfortable. They were well equipped to not scuff walls/floors. I would definitely go back to this location and work with Heidi for other furniture needs that I feel R&F could fulfill.

So happy with the experience at Raymour! Jeff was a great salesman. I do not like when sales people follow me around the entire time. Jeff gave me the space, but was right there when I had a question! He answered all my and my husbands questions(my husband face timed in as he could not be there), and was super kind throughout the sale. We needed help with a move. We provided a space plan to Adrian a few days in advance and came to the store on a weekend to view the pieces that he selected to meet the requirements of the space plan. Everything he selected was beautiful, comfortable, aligned with the plan and most exciting of all, available! We were able to select all the furniture we needed in about 3 hours because of Adrian's efforts before we arrived. In addition, he was able to swiftly offer alternatives if we didn't like something or needed something else. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
