This location was very kind and Speedy service. I had to come back for results and both times nothing but kindness at the front desk and in the back of the Urgent Care which is really great. I went to another location earlier. I had an appointment. I had to leave early because it was taking too long for me to get my physical done. When I made this appointment I asked if I was going to have enough time because I had another appointment somewhere else and they told me yes. I didn't think it wasn't enough time as I was the second person there. A walk in was signing in as I walked in first thing when they opened. Needless to say if I'm in need of urgent care I will not go to the first location which is 5 min from me.

Vanessa was the caregiver at my husband's visit at Tower Health. She was very professional and knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns and issues. Vanessa also followed up with results from lab work in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend her to any who needs immediate care.

I arrived at Tower Urgent Care in Exton at approximately 8PM on a Friday night and barely sat down before they called me back. Everyone was so courteous and professional. I was examined with prescriptions called in and home in under an hour. It was the best decision I made. I read reviews prior to going and strongly recommend Tower Health Urgent Care.

All the staff at Tower Health made me feel comfortable. From Karen who checked me in and also did my X-rays, to Kandy the nurse who was very pleasant and Olivia the PA who diagnosed my fracture. I have never been on crutches before, let alone had a leg fracture. They were all super sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you, thank you!! You are all amazing!!
