We got lucky, we were the last four allowed on the bus at terminal E. We would have had to wait another half hour for another opportunity. I recommend going to another terminal if possible and wait there for the bus if you want a better opportunity to get home. Great service and for $9 a person if you buy online it's awesome. Way better than asking someone to pick you up.

The Express is the easiest way we have found to get to and from Logan. Just park your car in the lot and get on the bus. The driver will ask you which airline you are using, and stops at all terminals, also loads and unloads luggage. Going home is the reverse...just wait at the Logan Express sign outside the terminal and the bus will pull right up. Just make sure you get on the right one, as there are other Express locations besides Braintree. Buses are every half hour, both to and from Logan. I honestly can't remember the cost for the bus ticket or parking, but it won't be any worse than parking at the airport, and it's light years easier than driving to Logan. You can purchase the bus tickets online for a little bit less than in person at the terminal.

First time using this service. Driver made sure all seats were filled. My flight was in the early morning so we were able to get to the airport within 15 minutes once on the road. Not a bad trip. I know the time of day comes into play but all in all it's not a bad ride and I purchased my tickets online and paid less.

We love using this option for travel in Boston, getting to the airport is a breeze and drivers have always been friendly and safe. Coming home this last time we had to wait about an hour for shuttle because they were only running every hour. Nice cheap option and relatively stress free.

I suggest checking the Logan express website for scheduled departure times. There is ample parking, the daily fee is $7.00 (it's not free, but much cheaper than Logan). Weekend travel is normally quick however allow plenty of time in the event of backups on the express way, a frequent occurrence on Saturday afternoons
do you need to make a reservation to park there for a week?
Walk
I have at that time
Yes there is a drop off and pick up area. You don't need to be taking the express to park there and vice versa
$7/ per calendar day. Unknown if there is a discount on parking
No, you don’t have to make a reservation, just show up, get your ticket and park.
You can buy the ticket usually on the arrivals level of the terminals, using a kiosk. But if you can't find one, you can get on the bus and purchase one when you arrive in Braintree.
Yep that's exactly what it's for. You pay $7 a day for parking and if you want to shuttle to the airport you pay each way to ride.
It prob is..but I would call to verify
The busses run through 10:40 pm normally and then they start up at 2:00 in the morning and run every half hour normally. Always get there 2 hours before your flight just in case of traffic.
I would call for that about a month out or visit the website closer to that time to get the information.
You can walk to Hyatt Place, it's about 7 to 10 mins walk. I will personally suggest you request a taxi if you have bags
Yes. The lot attendants will give you directions when the lot is full.
You will be fine.
Always take a picture of your slip. I do it with everything now. It's perfect.
You take a ticket when you arrive and pay $7 a day when you leave. No reservation needed.

I think they're good for a year,,
Every 30 minutes
Call them
Yes
First trip leaves at 2:15am every morning. Then every 30 minutes starting at 3am. Word of warning, that's when they pull out. Be 5-10 minutes early to get on. They do not wait.
Bus schedule is available on line at Logan Express website. Anyone who wants to ride the bus should look at the schedule and then make their plans. All the information is there.
$7.00 a day or 24 hr
I would just call them and they will let you know what to do
I do not know. I only purchased 1 ticket

Yes
Yes the busses are running and the brain tree office is open at 4 am. I have taken busses even earlier than that and they are busy at that time of the morning. Right now busses are running on the hour but that may change. Call them for the newest schedule
I didn't see an expiration date on them.
They ask what airline you're taking then tell you what stop you're going to be based on your answer
Yes they should be okay with it. It's Transportation to and from the airport. As long as the pet has a restraint
Not that I'm aware of. I've left my car for just shy of 2 weeks before without issue. And unless the price has changed, can't beat $8 per day parking fee lol.
Don't know try calling them
Cant say for sure but as long as there are flights arriving and departing at Logan I would say they are operating. Would call to confirm...
I know there is a daily and I think it's 7 dollars a day but not sure about monthly
You can pick up a schedual at logan express or check out their web site
Ginny, It's $7.00 per day.
Yes they have a lift and seating
You are supposed to have a note from a physician stating that you have a service animal or an emotional support animal. An emotional support animal does not have any training or minimal training and by no means is the same as a service dog. People have fake notes, fake harnesses, fake collars, fake documentation and all that stuff. In the state of Rhode Island if you try to pass off your animal and do not have proof and get caught you have to pay a fine and I think it's 400 hours of community service.
As mentioned there is no real need for online purchase if you arrive at BOS. You board the bus at the airport and then pay when you get to Braintree.
No reservations but there should be enough parking. The parking lot is massive and I've parked there near Christmas many times with no problems.
You can get your car. You just have to pay at the gate but you won't make the last bus to Braintree
It's every 15 minutes until 4am, then it's every half hour until midnight
$22 round trip for bus, $7/day for parking
They don't, financially there is no connection between the 2
From my experiences with Logan Express...nope. Pretty old school. Tickets are purchased at the booth inside.
Hi, I'm not sure about that. Your can call them. Google Logan Express Braintree. They'll be able to answer your question.
They don't collect when you get on at the airport. When you arrive at the station if you already have a ticket they let you get off first then those that need to purchase a ticket do so as you get off the bus. The driver doesn't take any money or tickets someone from inside the station comes out on the bus. It moves pretty well
$7 a day and $11 each way for bus. The bus is on time and easy to use.
Outside each terminal you will see signs, they are not hard to miss.Ask someone near baggage
They rub every 20-30 minutes
