Will arrive in Boston, take shuttle to Braintree. Will be staying right near Logan Express. Can they call a taxi for us? Or, can we walk to the Hyatt Place Braintree. How long of a walk with luggage?

You can walk to Hyatt Place, it's about 7 to 10 mins walk. I will personally suggest you request a taxi if you have bags

Yes thier open 24hrs.. hotel is walkable. Ask nicely can call a cab

I honestly have no idea, I'm sorry. I'm sure they could probably call a cab for you if they're open (I don't know if the building closes at night). I don't know where the Hyatt Braintree is, but I'm doubtful it's within a walkable distance.

15 minute walk. Not sure if they can call a taxi. But you can call an Uber/ Lyft.
