I can’t say enough good things about the care I received here. I’m a tough sell, and had never heard of this facility, so I was skeptical. My experience was that every person there was genuinely concerned for my well being. OT especially, if I could give more stars, I would. Pros: caring staff. Extensive PT and OT Cons: only one - food. Not good. Clearly, it’s not a restaurant. They do make an effort to serve fresh vegetables and fruit, but it’s not good.

I was admitted at encompass on June 8th and I stayed there for 28 days. I had “GUILLAIN BARRE SYNDROME” I lost all my movements, I had to go through a lot of rehabilitation. I need to say thank you to Bobby, stephany, Hanna and Gloria ( those were my therapists) They did a really good job and I wanna appreciate all the hard work and the love all the support that I needed to go through the situation. I wanna thank you to all the nurses and the staff for being always so nice and taking care of all those situations that I need help. I left missing our you guys. I wish you guys the best!!

My family member was recently at Encompass Braintree after having several strokes and dealing with other medical issues. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, especially the case manager, Kathryn Berardi, who went above and beyond to keep me informed and guide us through the post-rehab transition. Kathryn and the therapists at Encompass deserve a medal!

I'll give kudos to the care staff, but that's it. Case Manager Julia could care less about her patients well being or concerns of their families. Premature discharge because SHE feels they "they no longer require services". ONE DAY notice of patient discharge (12 hours). No consideration that the patient lives ALONE. Improper visiting nurse assignment. Improper discharge with surgical drains intact. Failure to provide accurate Medicare coverage info. Etc, etc.
