The facility itself is very clean and we were seen pretty quickly. Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. However there was a Dr. Mahoney who was very rude and dismissive when I called to discuss my son's recent visit and lab results. As a fellow Healthcare professional, I know the last thing a worried parent or loved one wants is to be treated rudely. My thought to Dr. Mahoney is that she could use some patience and manner

I had an amazing experience both times I went here. There's virtually no wait time, for both of my visits within minutes I was brought into the exam room. The rooms are all clean, bright, and make you feel at home. The staff here is absolutely delightful, everyone is welcoming and puts your mind at ease. I was here last month dealing with a not so typical sore throat. Staff was nothing but kind and sympathetic. When I returned today still dealing with the issue on an even bigger scale, the doctor went above and beyond to go over everything she thought it might be. After three rounds of antibiotics other providers prescribed me that simply weren't working, she finally offered other solutions. I felt so relieved to finally have other options after over a month of this taking over my life. Just talking with her eased my anxiety, and I left with a few new treatments in under an hour. I can't say enough good things about PM Pediatrics. Hopefully I won't need to return, but if I ever need urgent care again, this will be my plan A!

Doctor Collen Stivaletta, awesome doctor. My baby had a ear infection, and from the front desk to the doctor, it was the best experience ever. They are those who walk the extra mile to make sure your baby get best treatment.

Wow! Such a clean and bright facility. The check-in process is so easy, drive right up, scan the QR code and register your child right from your car! You even have access to a virtual waitlist to see how many others are ahead in line! If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time just double check with the front desk staff, luckily I did (the parking lot and waiting room inside were empty and our appointment was two hours away) and my son was seen within two minutes! Very convenient and the staff are super attentive! Edited to add: Thank you Jenny Chen, PA! The care and tenderness you gave my son meant a lot to me. He’s very stubborn when he’s sick (I’m guilty of it too) but you didn’t let that stop you from being kind and performing his exam. I appreciate that so much!
